How long until I receive my order?

If your order is not personalised, it will be shipped within 3 business days. If you've opted for a personalised items, please allow an additional 5 business days for personalisation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Something is wrong with my order?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please send us an email to hello@nomthelabel.com.auand we will endeavour to sort it out for you as soon as possible

I want to cancel or change my order?

Please get in touch with us via email hello@nomthelabel.com.au as soon as possible to ensure we can action this before it is personalised or posted. If your order has already been personalised or dispatched we will be unable to cancel or refund.
