How long will my order take?

Our standard turnaround time is 2–5 business days, plus shipping time. Need your order urgently? Send us a message and we'll always do our best to help.

Where are your products made?

Our knitted range is proudly designed and made in-house in our Moama, NSW workshop. Every piece is created with care and made to order.

Can I choose my own colours and design?

Yes! Most products can be customised with your choice of colours, designs, fonts, and names to create something truly unique.

What is the difference between Summer and Winter Weight blankets?

Our Summer Weight blankets are a single layer knitted blanket. Our Winter Weight blankets feature a soft sherpa backing for extra warmth and coziness.

Do you offer matching products?

Yes! Many of our designs are available across blankets, comforters, pillows, and dummy clips so you can create a matching set.

Are your products machine washable?

Yes! All NOM products are designed for real family life and are machine washable. Care instructions are included with every order.

What are your products made from?

Our knitted range is made from 100% cotton yarn, making it soft, breathable, and suitable for everyday use.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We ship Australia-wide and provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll send it directly to them. We never include pricing information in our parcels.

What if I make a mistake with the spelling?

Because each item is made to order, we create your product exactly as entered during checkout. Please double-check spelling, punctuation, and capitalisation before placing your order.

Can I return a personalised item?

As personalised items are custom made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
