We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised items if you change your mind, as the embroidery cannot be removed without damaging the product.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember that we will not accept any items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
