Shipping policy
We always aim to complete personalisation within 7 business days. After the personalisation process is completed, we will post your order within 5 business days. For non-personalised items, we will dispatch your order within 5 business days.
If you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, please notify us as soon as possible so we can correct it on our end. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to modify it and you will be responsible for any associated costs or loss of the product.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking information.
